Cobalt Flooring Designs

I had the interior of my home painted in June. I started looking for a flooring design store late July. I met Jeff beginning of August. I had done some research on wood flooring, but with the information Jeff provided me that day I was able to get started on picking the wood flooring & tile I wanted. I had my entire home done. Very, very satisfied with the finished product. Keith who answered every question I had. His precise measurements. Ted who did the installing. He was on time and his work is top notch. I told a friend after meeting Jeff, even after looking around at other places that I would be back. No pressure, just a friendly and informative atmosphere.

It was a great experience from start to finish! The sales guy was informative and I never felt pressured or hurried to make decisions. I did my own research before and everything he said lined up with what I had thought and he was very knowledgeable about the product. Construction (and destruction) started on time and they were nice and informative and quick, but also very skilled. Replaced the entire first floor, including multiple layers of kitchen tile. All the corners and edges look great, even the closest floor looks perfect. Another contractor (unrelated to the floor!) even commented they did a great job. I waited several weeks after installation before leaving this review just to make sure and I've had zero issues. The kids, cats and dog all approve as well.

My wife and I downsized from a 2500 sq ft house to 1100 sq ft. We are very happy with our decision, but the bathroom was so small that it was unlivable. Climbing over a tub only to feel claustrophobic was no fun. We also only had one bath in the house which made things inconvenient for my wife, grown up son, and me on many occasions. Thank god for Roger and Cobalt flooring. Roger is a genius and knew exactly what should be done. Out with the tub, and in with a walk-in shower. A little change to an unused bedroom, and we had a new powder room. In no time, we had redesigned the original bath and come up with a plan for a second powder room with a second toilet and vanity to satisfy our needs. Between Keith and Roger, there was nothing that they did not plan out for us. Roger’s sense for design, and Keith’s attention to detail made our project a reality. From start to finish, Cobalt Flooring was great to work with!

We had the pleasure of working with Jeff most of the time who was always so informative and patient with my wife and I, who as many, will have a hard time navigating what we want, what we should afford, what areas to do what in, etc. A true professional seeks not to just sell you the most marked up products in as much square footage as possible, but really help you find a good happy medium of quality, wear, style and price. And that is exactly what we went with.

Very happy with the support and professionalism through and through. You get quality products, service and installation with these guys. And remarkably, they were cheaper vs some of the other big name flooring brands we have heard commercials about for years and years.

After being disappointed with a large chain store, we visited the Cobalt Showroom. What a difference my wife and I experienced! We were greeted by Roger, who cared about our names and who we were. He then took time with us to find out what we wanted and needed. Roger sat down with us and explained everything. He even gave us an approximate price (which was very close to the final price) based on a drawing that I had brought. The price given was significantly lower than the large chain store's price....... about $4,000 LESS! The other employees were also wonderful. And most of all, the flooring was beautiful and done well. The next time we have any flooring needs, we are going to Cobalt!!
