The entire process of working with Closets by Design was excellent. From the very first meeting to the install date - everything was professional and well communicated. Larissa took the time to make sure I loved the closet design and to explain everything to me. Could not have asked for a better experience

The designer Jenny Drake was so kind and easy to work with. She provided a “no pressure”, free consultation. She designed my dream closet and helped me stick to my budget. The installer came yesterday and was very professional. The closet looks amazing! This is my dream closet and I am so, so HAPPY. I feel very spoiled to have such a nice closet! Now my husband wants his closet done too!

We are extremely happy with how our closet came out. Their consultant came out, measured, and then in our dining room did drawings of exactly what it would be. He was very pleasant to work with and was not a pushy salesman. We had also looked at container store and I think California closet, container store never reached out to us like they said they would. The turn around from ordering was maybe a month. Installation was very quick one person in a few hours. 10 out of 10 I would and will use the company again for future closets. I spoke to Chris from this Servpro and he was so professional and so informative and after hearing what I needed he gave me recommendations of who I should actually use for this very small job and that they would not be my cheapest option and only a very professional company does that. I really appreciated the information. if you have any kind of water damage Etc I suggest you please call this business I'm sure you will be very satisfied.

We recently moved to the Chicagoland area and bought a new home in Hawthorn Woods. I absolutely loved everything about the home, except for these awful wire shelving/hanging units that were in all of the closets. They are the worse, look cheap, - and are totally not functional. I contacted the builder, and they referred me to the company that installed them as they also do custom closets with shelving, cabinets and drawers. I was happy to know that we had other options, but that turned to not-so-happy after they came out and gave me an estimate for just the two walk-in closets in our master bedroom. The quote was so expensive, and I just couldn’t justify spending that much on two closets. I had received a mailing from Closets By Design, so I decided to get an estimate from them, and I’m so glad I did! The Sales:Design consultant, Jen came out to the house and listened to my concerns about the cost. She didn’t make any promises, but I showed her pictures of what I liked, and she said she was pretty confident she could come up with a design that met all of our needs, and within our budget. She measured all of the space in both my husband’s walk-in and mine. We talked about how much hanging space, drawers and shelves we needed. Then, instead of leaving and just e-mailing me something, she sat right down and drew up the design and priced it out on the spot. Her design and ideas were so good, and I liked it even better than the previous one we had gotten. Best part of all was that it was about 1/3 less than the estimate from the other company! Jen showed us different options for the type of finishes, colors, etc. and explained the benefits. We decided to upgrade up one level from the standard finish, and also added a belt rack for my husband’s closet. We also picked out beautiful chrome hardware which was not extra. From the date we signed the contract, to the date of the install was less than three weeks. The installer, Mark arrived on right time and went to work. He professionally removed the baseboards without damaging the section that would stay, and it looks perfect. What a transformation! We absolutely love our new master bedroom closets! I told Jen, that with the money we saved, we are thinking of upgrading the guest room closet as well. I don’t want anyone reading this review to think that because the estimate was less, that the finished product was somehow inferior. Absolutely not the case. We are having the builder do some other upgrades on our home unrelated to the closets, and when I showed them what Closets By Design had done for us, even they were impressed! Great job Jen on your design and helping us stay within our budget! Thank you Mark for a such a seamless installation. Lastly, thank you Closets by Design for your reasonable prices and great product! I’m still getting organized and putting things away but here are some pictures.

When a sewer back-up flooded a basement of my rental house, I contacted ServPro of Park Ridge to come in and clran up and remove the water. They responded immediately and sent their cleanup crew right away. They did a fabulous job. They handled the situation and coordinated their service wuth the tenant accomodating every scheduling conflict. I highly recommend using ServPro of Park Ridge. I was highly satisfied with the quality of their work and the price was fair. At the end of the job, it was like there had never been a problem. Thanks for a good job, well done on time and as quoted.
