On behalf of my father who was in Rehabilitation department 2.5 months I would like to express my deep appreciation to all staff of "Citadel of Northbrook" for their excellent job!

I have absolutely no regrets about letting my baby girls join KinderCare. The attention & affection the staff shows to each and every kid there is amazing! I was terrified in the beginning due to daycare being a new experience for me (a new mom) & my girls but the way the staff embraced and welcomed us into the KinderCare family on the 1st day was unbelievable. Ms. Debbie and everyone else at the location makes sure I’m updated on everything regardless of the importance. & the way my babies get excited when they see their teacher let me know I made the right decision when picking the daycare for them🥰🥰. They don’t just provide shelter for the kids during the week while parents go out and work, but they actually teach and nurture the children like their own & that right there warms my heart.

Citadel is a great place to work. The staff and residents are friendly. The administrator always shows his appreciation for staff and residents. I am thankful for the opportunity to work for this great company.

I was there as a patient for almost 2 months and it was a very good experience. Everyone is very friendly and treated me with respect. PT and OT work very hard and do a great job motivating people. The food was good. The beds are comfortable. If I ever need rehab again, I'm going back to the Citadel of Northbrook.

BEST PLACE TO WORK!!! Comfortable home like environment. Offer residents comfort, independence and happiness. I cannot say enough about how great this facility is! Everyone are very helpful and cooperative from the owners to the administrator to each department…..feel fortunate to have joined this company and will grow old with it☺️ LOVE IT💕

I have been going there for about 5 months and I love the great communication and professionalism from everyone. My babys teacher is amazing and the directors are absolutely amazing. Very clean environment and i love the parent app. This helps me not feel so separated from my baby.

Good quality care, my family and I are very happy that our Mom is a resident there. Very clean facility , pleasant interior, everything is well organized. The administrator, Jeremy, is always there and he makes sure everything is under control and residents are safe and everyone is happy. All our concerns are always addressed in timely manner. Professional and caring staff- they basically resurrected our Mom! She was in such bad shape after hospital stay.
My Mom was at another nursing facility before and I can tell the difference- I highly recommend Citadel of Northbrook.

The staff here have been very welcoming since we began attending Kinder Care. We had to juggle between several other placement options to try to find a good match during e-learning. (Park district, family helping, other daycare options, etc.) When schools transitioned to hybrid in-person learning, the park district stopped the program my son was in, and we had to scramble to find new care. Kinder Care answered questions and worked with me to get my son enrolled quickly. The staff made us feel welcome and we quickly felt this was a long term fit for our family! The staff communicate clearly both via email/app and in-person. The facility has been clean and the staff take care to ensure they screen children and parents using covid protocols. I am very happy with our choice to enroll with Kinder Care!

Our 3 year old daughter (she was 2 when enrolled) loves going to school every morning. Her communication skills have been incredibly better since she started going to this preschool. Not only excellent care and services provided to our kid, they also provide us as parents helpful tips when we ask. The director, Debbie is definitely someone you can trust and enjoy doing business with. She works with us! Our experience with this location has been 10/10.

This is a really great preschool. We feel confident bringing our kids here and love the updates they post throughout the day.
What sets this one apart from the rest is the excellent staff, the Director Debbie is very knowledgeable and the other teachers that we have met like Miss Vicki are very interactive with the children. Overall we have had nothing but positive experiences with this KinderCare.
