Typical harley place. Prices of clothing are extravagant. 91 dollars for a tshirt just because of the trademark insignia on the shirt. Ridiculous. The staff however was friendly and as helpful as they can be. Very few customers I wonder why!!!

This location is undergoing some serious remodeling right now but they are 100% open for business. The guys in the service department are a bunch of badasses with tons of experience with the products they are working with. The sales department is equally impressive with people who are eager to help you out. And if you're looking for some sweet Harley gear like t-shirts and hats and gloves they have it all.

Their sales people are awesome. They are not pushy at all. My sons and I have bought three bikes from Chi Town and have referred several friends who all rode away extremely happy.

Bought our 2021 Harley Davidson heritage Softail classic today, our salesman Ryan Krohn was excellent in handling our choice from the beginning to the end, all staff are very friendly and helpful, show room full of bikes to choose from, very happy we choose Chitown Harley Davidson.

Stopped in to browse some bikes. I left with my first ever new Harley. The process was quick and efficient. They introduced me and gave me a tour of all the different departments and it made me feel comfortable and like part of the family. Wonderful well rounded experience in my eyes.
