My experience was great. Jeffrey helped me out, he was amazing. He made me feel comfortable and he listened to what I wanted, price range and type of vehicle. I never felt pressured, kept making sure that the car he showed me was the right fit. I would definitely come back in the future if I need another car and recommend family or a friend.

My husband & I recently upgraded to a new vehicle with the help of Jordan Cruz. Jordan was very honest and helpful throughout the process. We were pleased with his customer service skills as he was also very kind. He offered me snack $ out of his own pocket! Of course I declined. But the gesture was appreciated. It was also a pleasure to meet Lambert & Mr. Moore! Jordan provided all the information to the best of his knowledge & enlisted the help of others when needed. My sister and I went here because we had eyes on this Subaru for a few days. This is my first car I purchased on my own, and Gabe helped us so much. Both him and Eddie understood this is my first "big girl purchase" and guided me through, were so patient, and understandable with my budgets. We had an issue with our trade-in towards the end of the sale, but again, both Gabe and Eddie helped my sister and I so much with the tough situation and made sure I would be able to go home with a new car. I appreciate them both tons!

I got late in posting this review. I want to really thank them in helping me getting my first car in the US. I found the ad on an online app about the car that I was interested in (2018 Nissan Rogue). Me and my wife called to set an appointment for a weekday quite near to the closing time. When we visited around 7 PM, Dean was already outside the showroom waiting for us and gave us a warm welcome. We directly went to look at the car and Dean helped us explore and explained all the features, test drove it and decided to go ahead with it. Dean and his team helped us a lot with the decision to finance as we were not sure how that worked until then. Within 2 hours, all the process was done and we were set to take off in the clean car. It was a very nice and smooth experience. Thank you!
