Hello Rachael Schrader, I apologize because this was the only way I could get a hold of you, it seems you know my name but yet you never contacted me about your incident.
First of all let me acknowledge your feelings of feeling uncared for and violated. I can promise you that was never and will never be the intent of any of my staff. I do wish you would have spoken to me first about what happened so I could have reassured you in person of that. Perhaps the situation would not have escalated had you mentioned to the staff this person was bothering you because my staff is trained on how to handle that.
