(April 19, 2023, 7:01 am)Ordered flowers and then discovered the recipients were leaving town before scheduled delivery the next day. Called and they prioritized the order and delivered the flowers early so that the recipients could take the flowers with them.

(January 31, 2022, 11:17 am)Update: Someone reached out and apologized for the quality of the flowers and worked with me to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated the follow up and her apology.
Super disappointed on the bouquet of flowers I purchased off their website as it looked nothing like the photos and majority of the flowers were dying. Even after expressing how the flowers did not match their website (which is basically false advertising) the guy at the store said there’s nothing he can do about it and the website is always different. Also their store looks absolutely nothing like their website or social media as the flowers on display look like you’re at a grocery store. -

I received 2 beautiful arrangement for my birthday and unfortunately I did not remember to take a picture of one of them. I did attach a pic of all the gifts I received and you could see HOW MUCH THE ARRANGEMENT stands out. I am very Impressed!!! The other arrangement they made was for my macaroon stand (which I received compliments on it ALL night) Celete's is the best flower shop in Chicago.
