I highly recommend this location! We came to this location to decide on a phone. I want to say thank you to Brandon who was very responsive and answered all the questions we had. even though the closing time of the store has passed, Brandon was very kind and helped us choose the phone we wanted, plus he told us about the promotions they have! I recommend and we will definitely come back!

Michael and his staff were very helpful and had excellent customer service. Took care of everything and process was so easy. Best Verizon store I have ever had to pleasure to deal with. Super professional and friendly!!!

I went in for an emergency where my SIM card wasn’t working for unknown reasons and had no service. Luckily, Jacob was there to assist me in getting a new SIM card installed, activated, and I was on my way. Best customer service I had in any store to be honest. Thanks Jacob.

Raven was absolutely outstanding in getting us set up with exactly what we needed with my new iPhone 14! She was knowledgeable, and very efficient, and I got exactly what I wanted in the end! And a big thank you to Mike with all his help in setting up the iPhone!

All the associates in this Verizon store were extremely friendly and helpful making sure I got the exact phone I wanted and everything was explained to me in great detail about all my questions. When my phone did arrive the manage Michael took great care of me, ensuring that all my info is on my new phone, as well as helping me get my old number back.
