Dr Barthen saved me from spinal surgery! Going through many years of pain throughout my lifetime with my spine sciatica numbness some days it was difficult to walk. With his activator treatments he has kept my spine aligned and improve my pain 90%.. I have been a patient for over seven years for what I call maintenance. I am very pleased and satisfied with the results.

Cary Disc Center & Dr. Barthen and staff are the best.
They were able to help me with my knee and gave me the ability to be able to do things that I was losing the ability to do. They are always caring and work with you on your plan of action for treatment. I’d recommend them to anyone who has a knee or back issue.

Dr. Barthen is such a nice man, and funny, as well! He really knows his field! Great chiropractor! The office employees are very nice, too! Such a good experience!

I've been seeing Dr. Barthen on and off for more than 10 years now. it started when i pushed myself away from my desk one day and 6 discs came out of place. The PAIN WAS UNBEARABLE!!!!!!. I needed a Chiropractor ASAP. I called Dr. Barthens office and he was in. I went there and received 1 treatment and the pain was reduced by 50%. This Dr. is like magic. He's incredible at what he does.

When something goes out of place once in a while. Most of the time it's just a single treatment and I'm done. He never pushes for another appointment or tries to get you to do dumb things just to make some extra money. He CARES about people and has a genuine desire to want to take there pain away and get them well.
