Best car repair experience I have ever experienced! Mike and his team are extremely helpful. Jocelyn at the front desk is very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Caliber Collision Palatine made the repair process so easy. I highly recommend their business!

Great place of business everything was taken care of to my satisfaction, I was first told the vehicle may take several weeks for repairs to be completed because of shortage of parts, but was able to get my vehicle back to me in perfect condition in less than a month. All along the way they were keeping me fully updated and I was never in the dark. I appreciate the full transparency and getting all my work done in a timely manner definitely the right spot to take your vehicle thank you mike and everyone else who helped get my car back in order!!!

This shop is amazing. My car needed repairs from a collision. They were friendly, helpful & courteous. They kept me updated & finished the work before scheduled. The work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

So I had an accident in a different city, 30 miles away from here, and I went to a caliber near me. Then I had to relocate suddenly and got overwhelmed and forgot to fix my car!

Caliber had no problem setting up a transfer for the parts and this location was wonderful and helpful to get everything set up despite several weird setbacks!

I would like to compliment the outstanding work performed on my commercial truck (that has 200,000 miles on it). When I picked up the van it looked like brand new. When I dropped off the van and while going over the repair details the staff was very courteous. I requested a new driver's door to speed up the repair and, instead, they repaired the door faster saving me $1700. I appreciate the techs making all the right decisions for me. The painters went above and beyond even painting the door hinges. Their head body man performed an outstanding job repairing the frame to make sure it was structurally sound. The detailer did a great job. The door jambs have never been so clean. The van never shined like that nor has it ever been so clean inside and out. Even after I picked up the van I found things repaired that weren't part of the collision. They had to take out my cabinets and inventory during the repair and they reloaded everything back in exactly as I had it. I really appreciate with all my heart everything they did to get me back into business. Thanks to all of you.
