Budget Appliance and mattress co

We have been customers since we moved out here in 2003. We have bought refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and I think a washer.

They have brand new items that have been returned just because someone changed their mind and wanted a different one, nothing at all wrong with it. They have items with scratches and dents that are so minor and aren’t even on the faces of the appliances usually. They do not sell you appliances with problems. They are mostly all new with very minor issues like a dent. We bought a fridge with a dent in the side that goes between our wall and pantry. Because of a dent we saved a lot and no one sees it.

I know for a fact they are honest business people. We just bought a dishwasher for my mom this past Saturday and my husband installed it. My mom loves it and is happy now.

Trust me when I say check them out first before the big box stores. You can get very lucky and save a lot. They have options for every budget. We will be in soon for a new mattress and a bigger washer.

Last year I purchased a Samsung front loader washer and dryer. I waited to write this review till the units had some decent run time on them. With that said, I'm extremely happy with my purchase. They both work flawlessly. The owners were amazing and very patient with me as I decided which ones I wanted to buy. Price was amazing as well. They helped with loading and talked me through the do's and don't on handling as well as proper installation procedures. Truly a great family run business that I will certainly use again in the near future.

Our old range melted down in October, right before we were set to start a kitchen renovation. We had been planning to order a new range as a part of the renovation, but our timeline was moved up since we no longer had a working stove.

We settled on the Ilve Nostalgie range as our top choice, then started the process of securing one. Before reaching out to Budget Appliance & Mattress Co, we had reached out to four other dealers, and all of them either ghosted us or told us they wouldn't be able to get our range until March 2023 at the soonest.

On November 30, we reached out to Budget Appliance & Mattress Co via their website, and they responded the next day. In under a week, they were able to provide us with five different color options for immediate purchase. We selected a range, and it was delivered on December 21. Where everyone else told us it would be three to four months at a minimum, Budget Appliance got it done in THREE WEEKS!

We could not be more delighted with our purchase, and we will definitely use Budget Appliance & Mattress Co in the future. Special thanks to Elina, who was fast and attentive throughout the process. We also want to note that the delivery company was excellent, and they went above and beyond to help us get our range in the house.

I purchased my new fridge here with a 5 year extended warranty and the whole experience was amazing! They really went above and beyond during the delivery. Alex and Vick did an amazing job and I would highly recommend shopping here!!
