When I share my birthing experience to friends and family, I always highlight Lauren. I couldn’t imagine birthing my son or any child without her. Lauren felt like a mom / sister in those tough moments.

I am forever grateful to share with everyone that I was able to workout throughout my pregnancy at Salt Fitness with my Doula. She’s a sweetheart and always always always had the coolest modifications to workouts if the movement didn’t feel good or not pregnancy safe.

When I went into labor, I was in the tub at home when she arrived and she reassured me through the whole process. She massaged my back, held my hand, rubbed my back, all the things until it was time to head to the hospital.

My husband was 1 month post ACL surgery when I went into labor and wasn’t able to help much physically as he would have liked to. Lauren honestly was like having your mom or sister by your side guiding you through it all.

When I wasn’t sure what my decision should be medically, we reviewed all the options. She massaged my legs for two whole hours, had all the snacks and when I delivered my son, she took photos and went out of her way to get me the best comfort foods so I could eat right after.

Lauren will be by my side at barre and when I deliver my babies. She’s family and I couldn’t have imagined a better pregnancy experience.

My experience working with Lauren as our doula was nothing short of amazing. She was with my husband and I every step of the way-throughout the end portion of pregnancy and was our right hand lady during delivery. Lauren was compassionate, insightful, and supportive throughout the whole process. Lauren empowered my husband and I to feel confident in our delivery choices and provided physical and emotional support during my delivery. She “met us where we were” and used a knowledge based approach to assist us is making our own decisions. Because of Lauren I had an amazing natural birth that left me feeling powerful and in control which is exactly what I had hoped for. She will forever hold a special place in our hearts and baby’s life! I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of working with a birthing doula.

I recently started using this facility to store some of my personal items. From the moment I talked with the manager, Rochelle, she was friendly, helpful, and very professional. She assisted me in finding the proper size storage unit I needed and for a decent price. This is the cleanest and most organized storage facility I have ever used, and the best staff.

I was in need of a storage space closer to home and for my business. This facility is clean and tidy. I met Rochelle and she made the environment very welcoming. She took me on a tour and worked to get me the best affordable rate she could find. The facility is gated and was just what I was looking for.

After being referred to Lauren by another client, we met with her via a video interview. We knew within minutes that we wanted Lauren to be a part of our birth story. At every turn, Lauren was supportive, patient and kind. I was definitely an anxious mama and she was always there to answer a question or discuss our options. Our birth plan had to be changed due to the nature of giving birth, but I felt safe and happy with Lauren's guidance. We were also worried that hiring a doula would hinder the experience between my husband and I, but it only enhanced it! My husband felt involved, supportive and confident with Lauren's guidance. My husband still tells people that Lauren "knew what we both needed before even we did!" We recommend her to literally anyone who will listen and firmly believe that every birthing person needs to have a doula. We will most definitely be calling her for baby #2!

My husband and I worked with Lauren as our doula for the birth of our daughter and I cannot imagine the experience without her. We had two sessions with Lauren before our baby’s arrival that made us feel extremely prepared. During labor, Lauren provided emotional and physical support as well as advocated for our wishes in the labor and delivery room. After our daughter was born, Lauren checked in on us and dropped off an amazing care package. From beginning to end, Lauren is fantastic and I highly recommend working with her!

Having Lauren for support during my pregnancy and birth journey was absolutely the right decision for my husband and I!

As first time parents, I was worried that my husband and I would feel unprepared for the labor and delivery process and thought it would be helpful to lean on an expert!

We could call Lauren with questions, advice ect and she would offer helpful options at every point in our journey.

I ended up finding out our daughter was breech at my doctors appointment and Lauren immediately had action plans for us for any path we decided to take.

Ultimately we decided to schedule a C-Section.

Lauren gave us helpful advice on how to adjust our hospital bag for surgery and what the process would be like when we arrived at the hospital!

She was there with us after delivery to assist with breastfeeding and check on us!

About two months after birth she provided me with helpful recovery exercises to get my strength back in my abdomen!

Overall such a wonderful experience! Lauren is amazing!
