(May 25, 2023, 3:49 pm)I have to start by saying that Devin at the front desk (he worked nights) was amazing. We needed a couple of things and he was right there to help with no hesitation. Someone give Devin a raise!!!
Otherwise the stay was good. Clean room, good breakfast, etc. the only issue I had that’s keeping this from a 5-star rating was a lack of towels. The hotel was definitely at or close to capacity but when my room asked for towels we were told they would be ready at a certain point, just to check in again and be told they still didn’t have any clean ones. Management, if you’re reading this, buy more towels please. -
