I could never have asked for more caring, considerate, honest landlords to work with. I have been turned down from most properties just based off my background, without even looking at how far I have come toward bettering mine and my children's future. Because of these landlords I can now focus on my goals and dreams instead of where my daughter and I will call home. Thank you so much Gina for believing in me!!

This company provided housing at a very reasonable rate. Jena the office manager is a heaven sent angel in disguise. Brian the owner has many different types of rentals and price ranges. The day I thought my wife and I were going to be stuck living with friends and family because of bad credit, was brought to life by Jena giving us a 6 month trial lease to prove ourselves..she sees the good in people and will give a chance when needed.Now 5 years later and still renting from bottom line...we're in a beautiful 4 bedroom home at a price that let's you save for your future. After 5 1/2 to 6 months of searching for an apartment and having no success, my roommate and I came across Bottom Line Innovators. I called them and spoke to Janet and made an appointment to look at a 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment. Joe and Audrey showed us the apartment and I was pleasantly amazed at the friendly, professional presentation Mike and I received. This apartment was exactly what we were looking for. We called the office and spoke to Gina and made an appointment to start the process of renting. The friendliness and professionalism of Gina and all the staff we talked to made the process of the apartment application (and our acceptance) overwhelmingly fantastic. We have been renting for four years now and would recommend Bottom Line to anyone looking for a new place. Things are fixed promptly, grass is mowed in the summer and the drive plowed as needed in the winter. When our family grew, they were willing to work with us to find a bigger place. In my opinion they have gone above and beyond for my family.

I have never had a bad experience with Bottom Line. They have fixed everything in a timely matter. The maintenance man is awesome. Gina in the office has helped us work around some personal issues. All in all I would definitely recommend them when looking for a house/apartment. Every experience we have had was a positive one.
