I reached out to Best Carpet regarding a Carpet installation in a rental apartment.. The owner stated I will receive a call from Rosie to work out the details.
I was press for time and needed to choose the Carpet and have it installed ASAP... Rosie alone with the team worked expeditiously to execute the transaction and installation..

My salesperson was great!!! She had great communication. I called for a quote, and the next day she came to my house to measure the floors. I received a reasonable quote. The crew was very professional. Any items I forgot to move, the crew took care of it. They they didn't make a lot of noise and they finished the installation ahead of schedule. My carpet is softer and looks better then the sample.

I’ve used this company for a couple of my invest properties and they’ve always done a great job. When my dad’s church needed new carpet installed in their banquet hall, I knew who to call to assist. Rosie is very professional and patient. Their workers did a great job and the church congregation loves the carpet install as well. Even when we were behind on the rehab, they were patient and never complained. I will continue to use this company in the future. Thanks Rosie!

We had THE BEST experience with Best Carpet. They came out next day for a free estimate with great samples and were able to offer padding upgrades based on our needs. They had next day appointments available (although we didn’t book that soon) and came out on our preferred date less than a week later for installation.

Price was very reasonable. Service was on time, quick and professional. The carpet looks great and was perfectly installed.

If you’re looking for a dependable local carpet company this is the place to go! 😊

Oh my goodness, I'm so happy I chose this company to install two rooms and a hallway staircase for my carpet. From the call back about what I needed until the very end, everyone was so professional. Rosie is awesome. She even came back out to see the finish result to make sure it was done good and that I was happy. They do very good quality of work. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you all so much.
