(September 13, 2013, 2:41 pm)I'll be the first to admit that I'm not the easiest client to record. I have my own peculiarities and idiosyncrasies about me. So I've run into some difficulties in the recording studio. But the folks at Horse-Drawn customized my experience perfectly and expertly. Very pleasant personalities, very casual atmosphere. I never felt rushed, and, importantly, I never felt dumb or overwhelmed. (Even when I was dumb and overwhelmed.) They have all the microphones and instruments that I need, they have the best compressors and preamps I've ever heard, and an absolutely stunning collection of digital software and samples. The place is a hybrid laboratory/amusement park for producers, songwriters and musicians. I wish I could give them 6 stars out of 5.

The entire staff is knowledgeable about music, music technology, and what it takes to record a hit. They use all of the top gear and utilize the latest versions of recording software and there are even Apple Certified Techs on staff. HDP also gives music lessons as well-Truly a great place to record your music!
