Absolutely wonderful office. The therapists are friendly and truly want to help in any way they can. I am an adult in therapy but they also see many children in the office! Highly recommend.

Everything about the service was excellent: price, communication, and execution. You cannot beat Alex and her team. Jeffry and his assistant were incredibly knowledgeable plumbers that came and took care of the sewer drain line hydro jetting in a quick and clean manner at my mother's house and we couldn't be happier. Not only did they take care of the hydro jetting but they cleaned and took care of the back wash from the service in our basement drain, we couldn't believe it! Much better prices than "Excellent Plumbing" and other services in the area.

I was very impressed with this company called Zoom Drain. The were very professional in the involvement of clearing my laundry sink drain. They went beyond any plumber to find the clog and clear the drain. I want to thank online to Christian and his partner. You both are courteous and very impressive. You gotta try them! I had a laundry room drain backup just before Christmas. Alexandra, the owner, responded within 10 mins to my online request. They came out free of charge, evaluated the problem, gave me a very fair quote and did the work. They used a camera to show me the real problem, tree roots, they cleaned the main drain at the same time for a very fair price. They were clean, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I trusted them. Do use them, it is a very good company. Thank me later.

Jeffry was great! Super professional and responsive. He helped with our sink and was totally up front with the issue. He offered to give us an estimate on a possible better set up for our sink with traps for our ceramics studio. Will definitely be calling them for all future plumbing issues!

Excellent job..explained the situation and thoroughly cleaned the two sewer lines coming from my house to a combined line that I share with my neighbor. They also inspected the joint line, which was recently cleaned, and when they were finished with mine, they flushed out the line we both share to be sure there was no residue in the joint line from either of mine, which were full of tree roots..enough to make a woven basket!

I was kept in the loop all the time, so would now expect to be qualified/certified for immediate employment!!

Normally I would expect them to be on time, but a prior job ran late, so we rescheduled and the came ahead of time, but first checked to see if that would be OK.
