Was greeted immediately as I entered the store and the staff member who helped me knew exactly what I was talking about and directed me to the most amazingly smelling moisturizing antibacterial hand sanitizers! Yes they actually moisturize your hands!! I was super excited and best of all, they are on sale right now too!! The lady at the checkout was kind and looked up if I had any rewards. Thank you ladies for your wonderful help tonight 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

(January 13, 2023, 4:57 pm)Friendly staff, almost immediately greets you. Tells you what deals they got going on. It's not expensive at all. The Black Cherry Merlot is the best candle ever! Got it to kinda set the mood for my girlfriend.

We’d had an experience earlier this morning with an employee from a store next door lamenting about how she’d been there “since 9 am…” (it was 10:15 am…) and she was obviously hated her job. Every time we come to B&BW, we are greeted by friendly people. Today, Autumn was the person who said hello. Her bubbly, genuinely helpful personality was in such contrast to where we’d just left!! She and my daughter took a moment of “I know you from somewhere….” but ultimately realized they knew each other from class. My daughter mentioned she was looking for something specific and it was, unfortunately, sold out. A couple hours later, my daughter got a message that they’d found one remaining item and they held it for her and even gave her the one-time-use 25% off coupon that we’d used earlier in the day. Totally amazing people working here. 😊🎃
