(January 13, 2023, 8:47 am)The power went out for half the house including the furnace, but the breakers were all on..We thought it maybe a major problem. Bart came out within 25 minutes. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Within 5 to 8 minutes he discovered that it was outside with the Com Ed wiring. He helped us call Com Ed to report the outage.
Com Ed came out and fixed the problem.
We really appreciated Bart's expertise and helpfulness. He is our electrician for life. -
