I ended up being very pleased with this McDonald's. Initially I was having trouble navigating the app as I was trying to place an order on my phone. One of the employees (maybe a manager? I don't know) came to my rescue. The app was very slow to react to my choices, but I finally placed my order. When the food came out, I had inadvertently ordered 4 double cheese burgers. (I ordered a 2-for-1 deal but in the confusion of the app's screens, I must have ordered 2 of the special deals. I explained this to the employee who first offered to keep them warm until I was ready to leave (we were eating in), which I accepted, and then she came to our table and offered to refund me their cost. I accepted. When she brought me the value in cash, she also gave me a coupon for a free meal. That was really above and beyond customer service, in my opinion. So although I was very frustrated with the McDonald's app, I was very pleased with this restaurant and the employees.
