Jason and everyone at Auto Krafters were phenomenal to work with. We didn't have an accident / any type of collision reparir that was needed with our car, but the trunk on our car had been misaligned since we bought it. I took our car here after being referred from friends, and Jason took a quick look at it and said it was just the hinge that had been affecting the trunk from closing properly. Auto Krafters fixed the hinge within 45 minutes and our final cost was less than we expected. Jason squeezed us in when he told us they were really busy for the next 2 months. They make their customers a priority and they take pride in their work and it shows! Thank you for making time to get our car fixed and for providing excellent care for your customers! Shopped around for a minor fender/bumper repair. This was the only place that didn't overcharge me because I was not using a insurance claim. Brent and his team took real care of my situation. Since it was minor, they got me in quick and I had it back in a day. They kept me informed and were real nice. Professionalism is superb. This is the place to take your vehicle too.
