Auto Tech Centers - Huntley

We have been going to Auto Tech in Huntley for years and have always been very impressed by their fast and friendly service, honesty and competitive pricing. They recently went above and beyond TWICE in a matter of months. First, my husband needed to get new tires unexpectedly. The following week I had found a coupon that they had sent for $50 off a set of 4 tires that was valid the prior week when we purchased our tires. I contacted the manager who was very understanding and said to hold onto the coupon and they would apply it to our next service! I feel most companies nowadays would have done nothing as we didn't have the coupon with us at the time of purchase. Our next experience was this week when I brought my flat tire in to be repaired. I brought my coupon with me when I dropped it off, the manager remembered me and said it was no problem and he would handle the coupon when I picked up my tire. When I picked up my tire later that day, the woman working didn't know how to handle the $50 coupon since the repair was less than $50. She was super friendly and told me I could take my repaired tire with me that day and to just call the manager the following day to see how he wanted to handle the payment. I was honestly SHOCKED that she let me take the tire with me and technically I hadn't paid anything for it! I was thrilled to no longer be driving on my spare and greatly appreciated that she let me take the tire before we figured out the payment situation. I HIGHLY recommend Auto Tech as we have used them often and have always been highly satisfied with everything!

Auto tech performed an entire brake job in a timely manner. The workers there were extremely professional and personable. I had no way of getting the car when it was ready and the workers literally dropped it off for me. Above and beyond anything I could have imagined. Highly recommend and will be going to auto tech for all further maintenance.

Had a flat tire on route 47 and luckily was able to find this Amazing tire shop with great staff on site who took me in during my emergency pretty fast. professional service and reasonable prices and quotes as well. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Will forever be thankful and grateful for this wonderful shop, thank you guys 🙏💯👌🏾🙏

My experience with Jenn was wonderful. She helped me with exactly what I needed and within the budget I needed. I needed one tire replaced and let her know I would be back in a few weeks to buy a second tire. She understood my situation and it was a pleasure to working with her. Her energy and bright smile is so welcoming. She makes me want to come back.

On the other hand, Arlyn called and told me they couldn't fix the one tire and quoted me for four higher priced tires. I explained that I had spoken to Jenn and she quoted me a totally different price. He then told me that tire was not in stock and tried to upsale me for a more expensive tire. This experience with Arlyn made me not want to use this business again.

However, Jenn smoothed everything over and made sure I was treated fairly. What an amazing experience with Jenn. Thank you.

I reached out again to Auto Tech after this incident. Dan, was again very helpful and helped me out again. His customer service skills are outstanding! He was patient, concerned and helpful. I can't express how important those types of skills are. I am glad that I went back.

So I took my wife's car for repair. Dan. The service manager was fantastic. He kept me in contact the whole way. Great transaction. So I decided to take my car there because my brakes in the rear needed replacement. I do not know who this guy was but he was definitely not Dan. This guy tells me I need brakes and rotors on front and back. Back needed calipers and there was leaky strut in the front. I mentioned to him that roughly a year and half ago I got my front brakes done. So I was surprised to hear that I needed rotors again. I also needed 2 new tires. Well he tells me that I need 4 new tires. I again told him that I purchased 2 new tires 2 years ago. At this point he seemed to get irritated with me. Basically telling in so many ways I needed to go back to where I got the work done before. He then offered some outrageous price for 4 new tires. I can totally tell he did not want my business and I picked up my car. Its a shame. This place came highly recommended.
