I’ve always enjoyed coming to this location. The service is quick and the agents are friendly. Huge shout out today to Ms Veronica! She was so patient and friendly helping me get my new Illinois plates. I was so nervous I wouldn’t be able to get them today. She helped me out 100%. Thank you so much!!

Today I decided I was going to register my car and get my Illinois driver license. I went into the facility and the lady at the entrance directed me to the left. Within seconds, the lady at window # 1, asked me if she could help. She looked at my documents, sorted them out, all this time with a smile on her face and a pleasant and patient demeanor. I had to go back home because I was missing a doc but she was so kind that she made me an appointment to then get my DL. I went home and returned and my car was registered in minutes. I then went to the DL window. The lady there checked my docs and told me I needed an additional form of ID. I told her I lived about 11 minutes away, so she allowed me to return to resume my paperwork. I returned about 20 minutes later and she approved all my docs. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to all of the names, but I did jot two: Juanita and Niriv. All I have to say is THANK YOU to all!!! I was a little nervous going in but relieved and very thankful for all your help. ¡Gracias!
