Words cannot describe my satisfaction with the reupholster job done on my furniture! I am a stickler for quality when I purchase anything, I’d rather spend more money to ensure longevity. With that being said, after 16 years of having my uniquely crafted furniture it began to show signs of wear and tear. I shopped around to try to find something as unique as this sectional ( it has an oversized cuddler and a nice sized circular shaped pillow), to make a long story short, I just couldn’t. Therefore, I decided to keep my furniture and have it reupholstered in a different color. I googled reupholster businesses in the Chicago land area and came across Anchor. I read quite a few reviews on Anchor and many other businesses and chose to go with them. What a wonderful decision I made! While it was pricey, it was worth every dime. My uniquely made oversized sectional was transformed to new furniture again. And to top it off, I was able to get it reupholstered with a better quality stain resistant fabric. I couldn’t ask for better quality or service, this father and son duo has my highest recommendation.

We had an amazing experience with this company. We needed a loveseat and 6 dining room chairs to be reupholstered. Efrain came to our home in Evanston with swatches. He gave us a very reasonable quote, and he took our furniture away that same day! A few weeks later, he and his son returned our reupholstered furniture.

The work they did was magnificent. The dining room chairs were over 35 years old and the cushions had been completely worn. Ancor recovered these with a modern fabric and new padding. They really look like new.

The loveseat was about 10 years old; the fabric was very worn and the cushions were sagging. Ancor added new foam and re-covered it professionally. It honestly looks better than when we bought it.

Efrain has a wonderful eye for color and knew exactly which swatches would be best for our home.

Ancor was incredibly quick with exceptional results. I emailed for a quote, including pictures of my piece (an antique chair passed down in my family), Junior responded to me the same day and we talked on the phone. He came by the next day with fabric samples and took the chair. He quoted four weeks and it was four weeks to the day it was done. He delivered the piece and had even touched up the wooden features. It looks fantastic. Ancor offers the best service with the best prices based on my research. I highly recommend them!

I can not even describe how this company made me happy. I trusted them with my Antiques chairs of sentimental value. The owner Efrain cared for them like his own jewels. I was in fear of given them to a company that might mistreat them and scared of the bad upholstery. When , I trusted my chairs to Ancor it was the scariest feeling. The owner assure me they were in good hands. How many times , Have we heard that line? Also, when the job was done I would be happy.? Well, he delivered my chairs on March the 9th I could not believe the care, he had for my antique chairs beautifully wrapped to protect them from the elements. But, when I unwrapped them , Oh my God!. I stop Breathing for a second they were BEAUTIFUL!! I tried looking for imperfections. I just could not they WERE Perfect , I was so emotional the work to details, the fabric , I had chosen.., I expected them not to have the fabric lined because of the designs . I was WRONG even a machine could NOT HAVE done such an amazing job. ! I stare at my chairs on the amazement that human hands did such beautiful work. They don’t make companies like Ancor any more who truly value their work and their customers. You want to trust someone with your Antiques ,Vintage furniture or any furniture this is your company. Also, if you have a piece handed to you by a loved one , who is no longer here and are scared to get it upholstered fearing it would be mistreated or damaged. Have no fear this company will treat your furniture like babies . I am so, happy with the work . I brag to everyone and show them the before and after pictures. They can not believe the attention to details to the original chairs and the work was done by human hands . You want quality Ancor Professional Upholstery Inc is your company.
