Jason spent over an hour doing a very detailed cleaning and maintenance inspection of my HVAC unit. He patiently answered all my questions and showed me how to thoroughly clean my AC unit with the nearby cottonwood trees clogging it up frequently. His outstanding service was greatly appreciated.

I somehow broke the faucet to my shower and water was running everywhere. I called several plumbing companies but none of them you come that day. I called Amy Plumbing and they came within the hour. The plumber was very courteous and explained everything as he went along. He told me the price of everything he was going to do before he did it and made sure I understood what he was doing and why.

Zach and Jason were very professional and solved my sewer issue to my complete satisfaction. They went to great length to assess my issue, even digging through snow to find a city sewer. Amy's website indicates that the owner will personally answer your call after hours, and that was indeed the case when I called after 11pm to set up my service call for the next day. Amy Plumbing did indeed put a smile on my face. Amy Home Services was great to work with. We have used them multiple times over the years from furnace maintenance, tankless water heater installation and maintenance and plumbing needs. Each time they provide professional courteous service, on time and within expectations. There's no pressure to do more than what is requested and when issues are identified they take the time to explain the situation and what the risks are if work was not to be done.
