(March 24, 2023, 10:14 am)We recently visited the Orland Park location in hopes of purchasing a pool. Shane was available to answer our questions and was extremely helpful in going over our options. We returned a week later and once again he took the time to answer our questions and go over the pool itself as well as the accessories we were considering. He is very knowledgeable as well as friendly and patient. Highly recommended and we would for sure go back for future pool needs.

(December 14, 2022, 7:47 pm)The tub is great.. was a couple weeks late in delivery and had to swap out an outlet for a 20 amp plug that I wasn’t informed about, but other than that it is a great tub with no problems so far. Sales person was knowledgeable and kept in contact with me during the entire process which I appreciated.

(December 5, 2022, 5:59 pm)We were in the store this past Saturday evening, 12-3. The tree that we wanted had sold out by the time we arrived. We want to give a big shout out of appreciation to Penny! She directed us to another tree that looked basically the same as the one we intended to purchase, and the price was also the same. The tree is up and decorated and we are very happy with it. Penny is a pleasure to work with, genuine, warm and personable. She is an overall asset to your sales team!

(November 27, 2022, 3:25 pm)This place is an adult winter wonderland. There were so many items that I’ve added to my wishlist. If you can think of it, they have it. Christmas tree’s galore. Big, small, miniature, huge… they got it. Cool white lights, warm white lights, multi colored lights, sparkling lights, static lights, they have it. More of a collection than I’ve seen at any of the other big box stores. Just too much to list. Two floor’s filled to the brim with Christmas decorations.

(November 4, 2022, 10:18 pm)We went there today to buy a Christmas tree. The saleswoman was really helpful! We also found a bunch of other Christmas decorations which were very reasonably priced. We drove down to their warehouse to pick up the tree and they brought it right to the car and put it in. Great service!
