We’ve been taking our pets here for almost 16years now. Unfortunately we recently had to make the impossible decision that it was time to say goodbye to our first pet, our beloved Winny. All the doctors and staff were above and beyond in her last weeks squeezing her in asap, giving us all our treatment options, and expectations for us to come to our decision.
When the time came, during the last ice storm that knocked out power for days, the staff gave us the perfect mix push,compassion and time to do what was best and say goodbye. They even brought here a cupcake to try one last treat after seeing she couldn’t swallow here favorite treat, Reese’s, she pushed it under a scarf to save it for later.
In a time when you want to be mad at the world, they made it impossible to be with our shared compassion and tears, they really do feel your pain.
They even helped set up things to forever remember our Win-Win aka Trash Panda.
I set up one last surprise for my wife, and they more than accommodated above and beyond any expectations. The shock and surprise of what they did for me was unexpected and appreciated more than I can ever express. It even brought tears to my eyes that I had to abruptly walk out, but these tears were mixed with some joy and hope.
Not sure where their prices compare to others nor do I care, the amount of compassion they shared with us during one of our toughest times was PRICELESS!!.
If care and compassion are your priority for your loved ones, I can’t imagine a place that does it better.

Been going there for 15 years. Dr Nordstrom has helped me with by fur babies find right diagnosis and helped treat them. He is so passionate and caring. I always schedule my appointments way ahead of time. He seems to be busy.

Dr. Jay Nordstrom and the staff here are the best and most compassionate people you could ever bring your fur babies to. They treat them like they're their own. They also take good care of the hoomans too🥰

Great vet office. Have gone here for both routine vet visits and urgent matters. The staff is always friendly and dedicated to good outcomes for their patients. They do a fantastic job at thoroughly explaining everything and following up when needed.
