We worked with Cecilia and the customer service was excellent. I was so tired of waiting on the phone to connect with a human being--and so shocked at the increase from my previous insurance company of over 15 years--that I was inspired to take the time to comparison shop. I am so glad I did. I have never had to put forward an insurance claim, and I don't know how a claim with SF will go, but if the signing-on is any guide, we'll at least be able to work with someone who has already worked so hard to develop a sense of trust and support. Highly recommend connecting with this group. Oh, and my mom switched too. : )

Cecilia was wonderful helping me get everything set up in such a short time frame! On top of it, she was handling everything in the office all on her own, as she was the only agent available! Top notch customer service! Wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else!
