The kindest and most knowledgeable staff! Any hesitation you might have about a med spa will be alleviated when you go and see this beautiful facility and ask questions. I've sent friends here and always had the best feedback. Conveniently located with lots of parking and the best people.

Had laser hair removal on my underarms there. Have never had a bad experience for any of my appointments. All the technicians and front desk people are nice and professional. The treatment process is super easy and everything is pretty hassle free. The price for a package might seem kind of expensive but I think on the whole it's a really good deal because (1) you can get a discount for buying a whole package (2) it's a life time guarantee because you get like 2 years of treatments, 1 free touch up a year after that, and a good price on any additional treatments and (3) I would rather pay more for a good experience at a reputable place like this than get it done on the cheap at one of those chains with a ton of radio ads. I actually moved one year into my package, but my parents still live in the area so I get treatments when I visit them. If I still lived here I would totally get my legs done with them as well since my experience has been :) :) :)

If you are on the fence I would say do it.

I received a nice consultation from Angela followed by a very relaxing facial. We still have a lot of work to do on my face. I did walk off with some scars on my face due to the extractions, but they are healing OK so far. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Angela to get me face back to where it used to be. Definitely recommend!

I love the experiences I have had at the ALC Medspa. Eileen and her staff are well trained, very competent and extremely friendly! They have helped me achieve a “fresher” look and at the age of 59, I needed that! I just wish I would have found this place sooner! The facials are amazing (Alexa has a magic touch)! I can only give them 5 stars but they deserve more! I’ll be forever grateful for finding this oasis!

I had such a wonderful experience here today. I went in for a Rejuvenating Facial with Angela and left feeling confident and relaxed. Her product and skin knowledge is very apparent, I learned so many new things about my skin!! I will 100% recommend here for facials/ skin care services. I will also be returning!
