This place is awesome! Trish was amazing explaining the process over the phone. She also stayed a little late as i showed up close to closing time. She even helped me push my trailer into the unit! Great facility in a great location for a great price! Definitely go here for your storage needs!

Tressa Foltz is amazing. She has been so helpful with both our camper storage and household storage. She even informed me I had a flat tire on the camper and helped to find someone to fix it. She was able to get us a larger storage unit when the one we rented was too small. She has gone above and beyond and was always able to answer questions and put us at ease. I highly recommend the Affordable Mini Storage on Larry Powers Road. Thanks for your high level of personal service!

Tressa has been wonderful. We have been relocated to the bourbonnais area. Our house sold before new one is built, so we had to find a storage unit. Called affordable mini storage, talked to Tressa got all info I needed and she kept me informed when the size we needed would be available to rent. Got it rented a week before we moved everything in.

This place is great. They have a variety of different unit sizes and a great price range. You can access your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year long. They have climate controlled units available as well, and plenty of spots to park your recreational vehicles ( boats, R.V.s, jet skis, etc). Their staff is AWESOME!!! ESPECIALLY TRESSA!!!

Hands down, Affordable Mini-Storage is the best storage facility in Kankakee County. I recently rented a couple storage units during the home buying process and I had absolutely no worries about my belongings and the level of security. They have very competitive pricing and stellar customer service. Not to mention 24 hour access and all the units are immaculate. This is the only place I will ever use for my storage needs.
