Fantastic work by Adam, Jenny, Blanca and rest of the crew. Clean and modern autobody shop. Competitive prices. Friendly, welcoming, and professional staff. Good customer service. Complementary drop off and pick up to and from the shop. Received regular status updates via text through carwise which was nice. Coordinated directly with my insurance company regarding additional work required. They took their time but did an excellent job restoring the damaged rear quarter panel of my vehicle. As a bonus, they helped replace the old wheel hubcaps for free with the new ones that I had purchased online. Best autobody shop in Lake County. Highly recommend!!

Adams was the only shop to even look at our truck that was in an accident. All other vendors were booked & too busy too even look at the truck let alone give us their estimate. They worked with our insurance extremely well & kept us up to date every step of the way! All the staff are extremely helpful & very nice. I will always use Adams Auto for all my vehicles. The best body shop around! I got rear ended with this lovely pandemic we are in the parts for my car we’re on national back order Adam, Blanca, and Brandon kept me up dated on everything even when my car went in for repairs I was informed what was going on. I took my car in for an estimate, the mechanic came out & introduced himself to start! That was an experience I've never encountered. Friendly office staff. They were very helpful & had me set up in no time. The owner was there when I came to pick up my vehicle. He introduced himself & let me know what all they fixed. I appreciated the when experience all around. Service & staff were amazing! I highly recommend their services!
