I purchased the mini 4 shelf green house from Menards. I really like it a lot, it's just the right size for starting my bulbs. Upon putting it together I noticed that the cover was ripped at the seam. I contacted the company via email to let them know along with a picture of the damaged cover. They replaced it immediately. I would recommend this product.
