I phoned and he got right back to me. He was polite courteous, and informed me that info he was booked out for a week. (With a hot water issue I wouldn't be able to wait that long) However he provided me with a general estimate of how much the job would cost so that I knew the ballpark and wouldn't get ripped off. Wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future!

As a first time homeowner, I can't imagine a better experience! Shannon is trustworthy, reliable, and just an overall great guy. Had a leaking gas pipe to my water heater and he came out right away.
